Hey Senior! Your last year in high school is a whirlwind of activity: your last firsts, deciding what comes next, squeezing in all the time you possibly can with your friends and more memories than you can count. But make sure, while you're planning every last second of your senior year, you don't forget about senior portraits!
We will work together to choose the perfect location, cultivate flattering and beautiful outfits and make sure you are as prepared for your portrait session as you are for your SATs.
I want your photos to tell the story of YOU and we'll use every piece of your session to craft that story!
Why Should I Make the Time for Senior Portraits?
I know what you're thinking. Why should I take time out of my schedule for Senior Portraits? They're just pictures.
You're absolutely right. They ARE just pictures! Pictures that allow time to freeze right where it is. Your last first day of high school. Your last prom. Your last football game in the student section, or on the field. You, on the precipice of becoming an adult. These portraits will be a precious, sentimental treasure for your parents and, one day, will provide just the right amount of nostalgia about your high school days.
So, make time to take the pictures. Pick the fun outfit. The comfort outfit. The outrageous outfit. Grab your basketball or pom-poms. Your favorite chapter book or your paint brushes. Break out the picture of you when you graduated kindergarten, or the framed picture of Grandad you keep on your dresser. Wash your truck or bring along your guitar. Make your senior portraits special by including the things that make YOU special.
We'll have a great time capturing memories, talking about your future, having a dance party, and... more than likely, laughing when I inevitably fall over. It would be my absolute honor to take your senior pictures!

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
You've booked your session... Now what? I'm so glad you asked! Here's the deal, I'm going to do everything in my power to have you feeling prepared and comfortable before your session ever arrives.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid (blah, boring parent stuff) I'll email you a questionnaire. This is just a list of random (and not so random) questions I've compiled to help me prepare for your session. It ranges from questions about your vision for your pictures all the way to your dream vacation. I need to know what you're looking for and what you're planning to bring to your session, but I also like to have little tidbits of knowledge, so we have things to talk about!
Before your session I'll schedule a consultation. This could be an in-person meeting or a phone call. We're going to talk about your location, outfit choices, posing ideas and whatever else you need to discuss to have you as ready as possible for your session! And if it's in person, it will probably be somewhere that serves coffee because... yum.
It's time! Your session has arrived and guess what? You're completely prepared. We will have gone over every detail, probably more than once, so all you have to do is show up! I know this all sounds very time consuming and extra, but in the long run it's totally worth the little extra time to make your session run smooth.

When Should I Book?
The sooner the better! Fall is typically my busiest time of year personally and professionally. So, if you're looking to book a fall session, book in the summer. If you're looking for a spring session, let's get it booked in the winter!
What Should I Wear?
This is honestly my favorite question! I love helping seniors cultivate a look that makes them feel confident and looks flattering in photos! When you book with me, we'll talk about what looks best and things to avoid! I'll send you a resource of outfits and accessories that will look best for your session, no matter the season! You can also check out my socials to get ideas of what other seniors have worn for their sessions.
What Should I Include in My Session?
When you book a session, I will send you a questionnaire and one question you will answer is, "what props would you like to include?". This could be anything from sports awards, your car, an instrument, old photos, or even a sibling or best friend! The sky really is the limit when deciding what to include in your session. We're documenting YOU so let's show off what you love!
What Do Your Offer Other Than Digital Images?
Once your session gallery is delivered, you'll have the option to order a number of different products. Those products include things like: prints, canvases, albums, graduation invitations, etc.

These can be for an individual, one couple, multiple couples, or a group of friends!
